Do I have to pay for printing of my marketing?

Yes, if your marketing service or package requires for the materials produced to be professionally printed and mailed (if needed), the agent is responsible for the printing production costs. Your agent services coordinator will be able to provide ballpark pricing for all materials you request.
 

How long will it take before my materials are complete?

You will receive an initial email within 1 business day and your first proof of materials within 5-7 days of your initial request. Some items may require less time, though we want to ensure a proper review prior to sending to you. Some larger projects may require more time, though we will communicate those timelines with you prior to start.
 

Can I be billed for the services or packages in my Accounts Receivable?

No, the marketing services and packages must be paid for via a debit or credit card when you place the order.
 

Can you use my credit card on file with Accounts Receivable?

No, the marketing services and packages must be paid for via a debit or credit card when you place the order.
 

What services are included with what I am buying?

Each package is clearly outlined HERE, and all design materials are allotted 2 proofing rounds with the coordinator.
 

May I transfer a service or package to another listing?

If the creative materials aren’t currently in production for the current listing, yes. However, once production has started on the creative materials, the service cannot be transferred.
